Moli Sales AI Engine — Privacy Policy

What data we collect

Moli Sales AI Engine stores the following data to provide upsell and cross-sell offers for your store:

• Your shop domain and app configuration (offers you create).
• Product information you select for offers (titles, handles, images, prices).
• Aggregate offer statistics: impressions, acceptances, and attributed order revenue (order ID and amount only).

We do not collect or store customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or any other personally identifiable customer information.

How we use order data

Recent order line items are read (never stored in raw form) to compute “frequently bought together” statistics and to attribute revenue to offers.

Hosting & sub-processors

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The app is hosted on Vercel. When AI copy is generated, only product titles and offer context are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) — never customer data. We do not sell or rent your data.

Data deletion

When you uninstall Moli Sales AI Engine, your data is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 48 hours in response to Shopify's data erasure webhooks. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.
